Working on food concepts, menu development and marketing, as well as product research and all-staff culinary training, Chef Laura elevates National Food Group’s presence as an influencer in the food service market. With robust operational knowledge from university dining hall openings, fine dining establishments, healthcare and senior living settings to multi-unit food service operations and high-volume catering for sporting events. Chef Laura is a dynamic professional in the gastronomic world.
Chef Laura was formally educated at Johnson & Wales University and The Le Cordon Bleu California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, California with training in Classical French, Traditional Italian, South American and Asian cuisine as well as hospitality, marketing and food service management.
